Simple Tomato Sauce

I thought of a simple tomato sauce that would work well with all kinds of cooking.
*If you don't have a blender, you can use canned chopped tomatoes. *If you're using fresh tomatoes, chop them up and then heat them in the microwave (I cooked 3 tomatoes for 5 minutes).
Please simmer them after blending. If you want to preserve the fresh taste of the tomatoes, then you don't have to add them to the blender. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Steps
- 1
Add the canned tomatoes to a blender and blend. Then add the mixture to a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 2
Add the thinly-sliced garlic and olive oil to a frying pan and stir-fry without allowing it to burn. Add the garlic and oil to the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3
Pour the mixture into a jar that has been cleaned with boiling water and store in the refrigerator. Or store it in the freezer in a Ziploc bag.
