Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

Mix the sausage and onions together.

Remove stems from mushroom caps and fill with sausage onion mix.

Stick a chunk of mozzarella cheese into the center of each stuffed mushroom. Put into oven and bake 20 minutes. After 20 minutes raise temperature to 450° Fahrenheit leave in 5 minutes after it reaches 450°.

Take out let sit 5 minutes. Add horseradish mustard. Serve hope you enjoy
