Mix both flours, add soda and salt.add oil and mix properly.

Prepare the dough with luck warm water. Knead the dough thoroughly.

Take small size ball and roll out into very thin and large chapatis.

Cut them into large strips and fry them.

Now mix the black salt, red chilli and amchur powder.
- 6
Sprinkle over fried chorafalies. Store them in airtight container.
