Ingredients

  1. 1whole wheat tortilla
  2. 1/3 lbground beef
  3. 2 sliceswiss cheese
  4. 2 slicetomato
  5. 1/4 cupportabella mushroom
  6. 1/8 cuponion
  7. 1 1/2 tbsplight mayonnaise
  8. 1 tbspchipotle mayonaisse
  9. 1/2 tbspdijon mustard
  10. 1 tbspbutter
  11. 1/8 tspgarlic powder
  12. 1/8 tspground black pepper
  13. 2 pinchsalt

    Place frying pan on burner, and being to medium heat.

  2. 2

    In mixing bowl, season beef with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Pack beef into square patty, and place in frying pan. Cook until internal temp reaches 155°F.

  3. 3

    In small bowl, combine both mayonaisses and the dijon mustard. Whisk together, and spread evenly across tortilla.

  4. 4

    Wash veggies. Cut slice of onion, core, and cut into thirds. Cut 2 slices of tomato. Cut 2 mushrooms into thick slices (4-5 slices each).

  5. 5

    When beef patty is cooked, add cheese and cover. Cook until cheese is melted, remove from heat, and place in center of tortilla.

  6. 6

    Leaving grease in pan, add butter. Turn heat to high, and add mushrooms and onions. Sautée until soft and fully cooked.

  7. 7

    Place tomato slices on cheese, and add onions and mushrooms. Fold closed into a square.
