  • 1 kggizzards
  • 1medium sized onion,
  • 1Beef stock cube
  • 1/2 teaspoonRajah
  • 1 teaspoonJikelele chicken spice
  • 1/4of tomato sauce

  1. 1

    Boil about 1kg of chicken gizzards till tender and soft Fry with one onion Add spaces eg,beef stock, jikelele chicken spice and rajah mild and spicy 1/2 teaspoon each Simmer and add 3to 4 spoons of tomato sauce for gravy
