This is my favourite meal exactly the only way I can enjoy a plate of beans; I had to prep my meal for the coming week and I ended up having 5 packs of the same meal; trust me its going to be an awesome week cos this plate makes me happy

This is my favourite meal exactly the only way I can enjoy a plate of beans; I had to prep my meal for the coming week and I ended up having 5 packs of the same meal; trust me its going to be an awesome week cos this plate makes me happy

Remove dirt from beans and wash; and parboil; half way into cooking, add a little diced onions and salt; once beans is tender and water dried up, turn off heat and set aside

Wash tatashe, tomates, pepper and onions and blend till you get a smooth paste sometimes I use ginger but I was not in the mood for ginger. set blended paste aside

Heat up frying pan and add veg oil; once its hot, pour in the blended paste don't stir just allow it cook till the water is dried up and the oil is coming on top and make sure its not burning as well

Stir continuously till the sour taste is gone; add salt, knorr cube and stir, you can add curry powder and a little water or chicken stock if you have any

Allow it cook for about 6mins on low heat and turn off the heat

Serve Naked beans with fried plantain, fried kpanla fish and some stew by the side
