Ingredients

  1. 2 cupnon-alcoholic white wine or beer
  2. 1 cupnon-dairy milk
  3. 1/2 cupnutritional yeast flakes
  4. 1/4 cupflour
  5. 1/4 cuptahini
  6. 1/4 cupcornstarch
  7. 2 tbsplemon juice
  8. 2 tbsponion powder
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 tspdry mustard
  11. 1 pinchwhite pepper
  12. 1 pinchnutmeg

Steps

    Place all the ingredients into a blender and process until the mixture is completely smooth.

  2. 2

    Pour into a medium saucepan and heat over a medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.

  3. 3

    Alternatively, heat in the microwave, stirring every 10 seconds until thick and smooth (should only take a couple of minutes depending on your microwave).

  4. 4

    Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm over a very low flam.

  5. 5

    Add more liquid to thin out the liquid if it gets too thick.
