This is the standard recipe of carbonara. Feel free to add some extra ingredients for extra flavor. About the stock and cream, I personally use a 2oz laddle to measure so its 1 laddle of stock and 1 1/2 laddle of whipping cream.

Cook the desired pasta until its 3/4 al dente. Do your maths by dividing the cooking time.

Heat up saute pan.

Put in oil and saute the garlic till slightly fragrant. DO NOT BROWN IT.

Add in the shrimps and squids.

After the shrimps and squid is throughly cooked, add half a laddle of stock and 2 laddle of whipping cream.

Let it boil for a moment until the bubbles start to gather then add in the cooked pasta.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve it up and garnish as you will.
