Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsflour
  2. 175 gramsbutter
  3. 175 gramsmargarine
  4. 200 gramsedam cheese
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1egg
  7. 4egg yolks

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk butter, margarine, egg yolks, and salt

  2. 2

    Add flour and cheese

  3. 3

    Form the dough into a rectangle. (Measure: 2 cm x 4 cm , thick: 1cm)

  4. 4

    Spread egg yolk on top rectangels and sprinkle with grated cheese.

    Bake at 190 Celcius for 15 more minutes
