Chhuara laddu (dry dates laddu)

Dry dates also known as chhuara in hindi are rich in calcium, iron and minerals. It boosts our energy level and improves our overall health problems.
It is benefitial for skin, hair & Cardovascular problems.
We should eat chhuara in winters because it gives us energy. My mom always make these laddoos on diwali.

Steps

Wash chhuara with water 2-3 times. Soak them in milk for 3-4 hours. Remove Seeds and cut into small pieces

Grind it coarsely in grinder.

Heat Kadhai. Add khoya. Saute it until slight brown.

Add sugar & elaichi powder. Saute again until sugar dissolve.

Add chhuara paste. Saute all until it separates Kadhai. Switch off gas and let it cool on room temperature.

Once cooled make laddoos.

Coat with coconut powder.

Store it in air tight jar and keep it in fridge.
