Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsHung curd
  2. 1 spoonCoriander chopped
  3. Tomato finely chopped 1nos
  4. Green chilli finely chopped As per taste
  5. Green capsicum finely chopped 1 small sized
  6. Onion finely chopped 1 small sized
  7. Mint chopped 1 small bowl
  8. 1 tspBlack pepper
  9. 1 tspPasta seasoning
  10. slicesBread
  11. Salt As per taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the bread edges

    Take hung curd in a bowl

  3. 3

    Add all the chopped veggies n spices

  4. 4

    Mix it well

  5. 5

    Add salt keeping in Mind spices have some salt quantity

  6. 6

    Roll over the slice to make it thin

  7. 7

    Add curd mixture in the middle

  8. 8

    Apply water on the bread edges n roll it and seal it all over carefully

  9. 9

    Deep fry or shallow fry the fireballs

  10. 10

    Fry till it gets golden in colour...now its ready.
