Ingredients

  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 3-4mushrooms(sliced)
  • 3-4baby corns(sliced and chopped)
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1small piece of ginger(chopped)
  • 1-2 tea spoonblack pepper powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 2 cupswater

Steps

    At first mix salt and knead the whole wheat flour

  2. 2

    Prepare a soft dough and rest it for a while

  3. 3

    Take the water in a pan and boil the mushrooms and baby corns

    Add garlic, ginger and salt to the pan

    Now strain the water and keep aside.

  6. 6

    Take small portion of the dough and roll it into round shape.

  7. 7

    Take a teaspoon of boiled mushrooms and baby corns and use it as fiiing along with black pepper powder and salt

    Now fold it and give it a shape of momos

    Now steam it for 30-40 mnts

    Take a pan take the boiled water and give it a boil add the remaining mushrooms and baby corns slices.

    Add salt and pepper and one teaspoon corn flour to the soup.

    Serve the momos along with the garlic baby corn soup
