Take a bowl add maida,soda,salt and oil.mix it well.Add water and make a dough.

Divide the dough into two part.add two different colour.

Divide the dough into 10 /10ball.take one ball and roll it by rolling pin.than another colour.take it one by one.

Take a knife cut the puri paralalwise,and twist ti.

Add green colour two side of the champakoli.

Heat a wok.add oil and dip fry on medium flem.

Heat a wok add 100gm sugar and 4tbsp water.make chasni.

Dip the champakoli

Now Diwali por delicious champakali is ready.
