Heat mawa little.

Crumble nicely with hands.

Add maida and mix nicely.add cardamom powder.

Make balls of equal size and with palm of your hands make it smooth round balls.

Fill raisins in between.

Fry in ghee till golden brown on both sides.

Make sugar syrup and cook it for 15-20 minutes.

Fry all balls let it cool for 2minutes.dip in sugar syrup.

For best results let it dip in syrup for an hour before serving.
