Ingredients

  • 1 cupfrozen strawberries
  • 1 cupwatermelon
  • 1 cupskim milk
  • 2 cupspinach
  • 8almonds

    Using a high powered blender, grind up the almonds first. Add the milk.

    Add all other ingredients and blend.
