Ingredients

  • 1 lbpork sausage
  • 1 packagesZummo's boudain sausage
  • 1 cancream of chicken soup
  • 8 ozbrown rice
  • 1 tbspWeber n'orleans cajun seasoning
  • 1 tspold bay seasoning
  • 1Small green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2Sweet onion chopped
  • 12 ozPrecooked seafood blend pkg thawed

  1. 1

    In a large skillet, brown both kinds of sausage with onion and bell pepper. When meat is done, veggies should be soft.

    Cook rice according to package.

  3. 3

    Add rice and seasonings to meat/veggies skillet. Stir to blend well.

    Add soup with one can of water to skillet. Stir well. Cook about 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat, add seafood blend. Serve.
