Ingredients

  1. 1 packKurmura
  2. 1/2 kgthin poha
  3. 1/2 kgmaka chivda
  4. 100 gmspeanuts
  5. 100 gmkhobra
  6. 20curry leaves
  7. Mix masala or chivda masala
  8. 3 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tbsphing
  10. 1 tbspdhaniya powder
  11. 1 tbspturmeric
  12. Salt
  13. 3 tbspOil
  14. 1 tspcitric acid

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry all ingredients mentioned above.

  2. 2

    Roast kurmura. And poha.

  3. 3

    Now take all ingredients in one large mixing bowl. Add all masala and hot boiling oil and mix it instantly.

    Add salt and citric acid at last. And store it.
