Ingredients

  1. 2 bundlesmurenda
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the murenda well and wash them

  2. 2

    Boil them till tender

  3. 3

    Cut the onions fry them in the cooking oil then add tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Put the boiled murenda then add creame.Put 1 tspn of salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve it with ugali while hot
