Heat oil in a kadai. Add onion and capsicum in it fry till golden. Make puree of tomatoes and add them to the pan. Cook the mixture for 5-6 minutes.

Add Coriander Powder, deghi mirch,kitchen king and Garam Masala to the gravy and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 3/4 Cup Water to adjust the consistency along with Salt, according to taste.

Then add beaten malai to the gravy. Add tomato sauce and crushed dry Methi. Then add the Paneer Cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Malai Paneer is ready,

Serve hot with Roti or Naan.
