100 gmaize flour
200 mlwater

Boil the water in a sufuria

When boiled add the flour and mix with a wooden spatula (mwiko) until its evenly mixed and solid.

Cook for about 10mins on medium heat.

Serve when hot with your favorite vegetables or meat stew.
