Peel the nduma foreskin. Wash and cut into smaller pieces.

Then put in cooking pot, add salt to taste, add wwater. Cover tightly to prevent steam from escaping.

Cook for exactly 20 minutes or less until soft. Use medium heat.

Then serve of ready. If not add water and continue cooking.
