Ingredients

  • 3 bundleskales shredded thinly
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1chopped onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Put of in a cooking pan, add onions and fry until soft.

  2. 2

    Add in tomatoes and stir. Stor well. Then add salt and mix evenly.

  3. 3

    Add in the shredded kales and stir until the kale reduces in size.

  4. 4

    Add 30 mls of water to make the kales do not burn at the bottom.
