  1. 3 largesalmon steak
  2. 1/3 packagesbutter (100 gm)
  3. 2 tspolive oil
  4. 2 tspfresh ground pepper
  5. 2roamery
  6. 10basil leaves
  7. 4 clovegarlic
  8. 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 180c.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingridients together, but the salmon.

  3. 3

    After mixing, rub the salmon with the mixture.

  4. 4

    Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

  5. 5

    Enjoy the fish, goes great with beer or wine.
