Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 ozpork, cut into rectangular thin slices
  • 1/4 tspground black pepper
  • 2 clovecrashed garlic
  • 1 headmedium size lemon
  • 1 1/2 cupSprite
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cupbanana ketchup, avail at Asian stores
  • 1 packagesskewers

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients except banana ketchup.

  2. 2

    Marinate mixture for at least 12 hours. Refrigerate.

  3. 3

    When ready, thread the meat using skewers (avail at Walmart).

  4. 4

    Set aside marinating sauce.

  5. 5

    Set up the grill.

  6. 6

    Add banana ketchup into the marinating sauce.

  7. 7

    Grill for 3 mins on each side depending the thickness of the meat. When meat is half cooked, start brushing it with the marinating sauce. Grill a little more.
