  • 1Galic
  • 100 mlsoy sauce

    Grate the ginger and gerlic..

  2. 2

    In a basin marinate your thigh mix all ingredients

  3. 3

    Cook with a little oil. Stir as you add say sauce till golden brown

  4. 4

    Serve with rice, chapati or ugali.
