  2. 11/2spoon besan
  3. 1small onion
  4. 7/8 cloveGarlic
  5. ginger
  6. Haldi,dhaniya, garam masala powder
  7. Salt
  8. Greenchilli
  9. Hara dhaniya
  10. Jeera
  11. Green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Sb s pehly singhado ko cheel kar achi tarah s dhul lein do tukde mein kaat lein..

  2. 2

    Onion, garlic, ginger, mirch ke paste bana lein..

  3. 3

    Cooker mein oil dal kar jeera dalen.onion paste, haldi dhaniya powder,garam masala dal kar sabhi masalo ko ache s bhunen.

  4. 4

    Masala bhun jane ke baad singhaade dal kar achi tarah s mix karein..pani dal dein.. besan ko thore s pani mein ache s ghool lein taki lumps and rahen aur sabji mein dal dein..namak add karein aur 2 whistle ke baad flame off kar dein..

    Hara dhniya s garnish kar ke serve karein..

    Kunki is sabji mein hum gravy ko thick krne ke liye besan dal rahein hai is liye oinon paste jyada nahi pdta jisse sabji kum oil mein banti hi..
