  1. 1

    Samp was previously soaked from yesterday time will be just an hour so.As the water then add your carrot and aromat to taste,margarine and let it simmer

    Take a cup and pour your flour,and the satchet of cream of mushroom and mix it with milk stir and pour over the samp stir and let it cook just for few minutes it's ready to be seved and yoday I will enjoy it with chicken
