In a large bowl sift through flour, salt, Baking soda and powder.

Add ghee and curd and mix the dough until smooth and cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile let's prepare the sugar syrup...

In a heavy bottom pan add sugar and water and add lemon juice bring to a boil and add rose water. Boil another few minutes and one string consistency.

Divide the dough into small balls and stuffed the khoya in the centre of the ball and make an indent in the Center.

Heat ghee in a pan and drop Hridoy Horon one by one very gently and fry until golden brown.

Drop Hridoy Horon In a sugar syrup and soak for 10 minutes.

Remove from the syrup and garnish with chopped almond and pistachios and rose petals.
