Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Boiled githeri (mixed beans and maize)
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Salt
  6. 1little chopped cabbage
  7. 1grated carrot

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onions. Fry till brown then add tomatoes

  2. 2

    Fry to soften then add the githeri and salt.

  3. 3

    Stir then cover to to cook adding half cup water.

  4. 4

    Cook till water is finished.

  5. 5

    Chop cabbage and add carrot in a different bowl

  6. 6

    Serve both in one plate
