Ingredients

  1. 6 lborganic chicken wings, separate drummies from wing and remove tip
  2. 3 stalkLemon grass, green part removed and chopped
  3. 1 pieceginger 2 inch in size peeled and chopped
  4. 1 headgarlic, peeled and smashed
  5. 5 stalkscallions, chopped
  6. 1 cupred boat fish sauce
  7. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  8. 1 tbspground cumin
  9. 1 tbspturmeric
  10. 1 tspblack pepper
  11. 1salt to taste
  12. 1 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  13. 1 tbspcrushed red pepper
  14. 1 tbspcayenne
  15. 1 tbspchili powder
  16. 1yellow onion, chopped
  17. 1 tspcardamom
  18. 1 cupShaoxing rice wine

Cooking Instructions

    Place all ingredients (except chicken wings) in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste the marinade to see if more salt needed. If the marinade is too thick, add additional rice wine.

    Pour marinade onto chicken wings, toss thoroughly and refrigerate over night. The next day remove wings from marinade and remove excess oil.

    Grill chicken wings until cooked on the inside and skin is rendered on the outside. Dependent on the grill. Usually takes 25 mins on lower heat with frequent flipping.

R u using actual lemongrass or r u using spring onions n if ur using lemongrass where can i buy it i've never seen it for sale although i have had the pleasure of tasting it
