Cut off the top wing section of the chicken with kitchen scissors.

Make cuts with the scissors at the back of the wings so that they cook through faster.

Lay the wings on a baking sheet. Drizzle wine, and sprinkle salt and pepper, and herbs. Top with sliced garlic.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 220℃ (425℉).
