1 cupsugar
1 tspsalt
1 tspbaking soda
1 1/2 tspvanilla(Madagascar)
3/4 cuppecan/walnut
2 cupbanana
2eggs
1 cupvanilla honey greek gods yogurt,or sour cream :)

preheat oven to 350°F

combine all ingredients adding bananas and nuts last

I use Pillsbury baking spray with flour works wonders on my glassware

place in oven for 90 to 110 minutes
