Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsugar
  2. 3 tspvanilla extract (I use extra.)
  3. 1/4 tspalmond extract
  4. 1ice cream
  5. 1 cupbaking cocoa
  6. 1 jar(6 ounces) maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
  7. 2 cup(16 ounces) sour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small saucepan, combine the sour cream, sugar and cocoa.

  2. 2

    Cook and stir over medium low heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth.

  3. 3

    Stir in cherries and extracts.

  4. 4

    Serve warm over ice cream.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate leftovers.

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
