Ingredients

  1. 200 gmNestle milk powder
  2. 1 glassmilk
  3. 2 cupswhipped cream (solid form)
  4. Halfcup bura
  5. 3food colours green,yellow,orange...some almonds,kishmish and pees
  6. 1/4 cupboora
  7. 1/2 cupvermicilli

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a kadai. Put one glass milk in it and cook for 5min Add whipped cream in it. completely. Now cook on low flame for 15-20min.

    Finall fill them with three different coloured batter of kulfi. Freeze them for half an hour in freezer. Now take the ice tray and put toothpicks at the center of blocks and again freeze them for 7-8 hours. Atfer that your colourful and different flavoured kulfi sticks are ready to serve.Now boil the vermicilli in one glass of water.Cook on low flame for 15 min and let them cool.Add 2-3 spoon of bura and few drops of red food colour.and mix properly.Take kulfi out of the icetray and put the
