Ingredients

  1. 15 ozcanned diced tomatoes
  2. 1/2 tsponion salt
  3. 3 tbspminced fresh parsley
  4. 2 tbspminced fresh basil
  5. 2 tspred wine vinegar
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspsugar
  8. 1/8 tspblack pepper
  9. 1/4 cupolive oil
  10. 2 clovesgarlic, crushed
  11. 8 ozspaghetti
  12. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion salt, parsley, basil, vinegar, salt, sugar, & pepper. Mix well.

    Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Saute garlic in oil until golden brown. Remove from heat.

    Pour mixture over tomato mixture. Mix well. Cover. Refrigerate until pasta is cooked.

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

    Add pasta back to the pan pasta was cooked in. Add tomato mixture. Toss well. Heat until heated through.

    Serve.
