Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 cuploose leaf Oolong tea
  • 1 quartwater
  • 1 pintswater
  • 1 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tspcayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Put 1 quart water, tea, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper in a pot. Heat till you see water start to bubble.

    Cover remove from heat let steep 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Strain the tea. Mix pint of water with the tea.

    Ice your glass pour it on or drink hot. If you serve by the cup its 8 servings.
