  • 1banana large , Ripe large sliced
  • a few teaspoonsGhee

    Lay the thinly sliced banana on to a hot pan, with medium flame.

  2. 2

    Dribble some ghee on and around the banana pieces. Turn it around and fry the other side too.

    Your quick banana fry is ready!
