I started a 21 day low sugar impact diet and I am only allowed certain foods, so I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Set stove to med-high. Cook sausage, I like it alittle burnt. No need for oil it makes its own. Once it is cooked to your desire.

Lower heat and add all veggies and cover til softened, the tomato will keep sausage from burning.When done transfer to plate.

Add olive oil to pan just enough to coat the pan. Again place heat on med-high. Place shrimp into pan and sprinkle seasonings to your desire. Shrimp is done when its is a light pinkish color or white, it takes about a min or two to cook don't forget to flip them over and repeat time of cooking.

Combine with the sausage and enjoy! I usually add other veggies with my sausage but I only used what I had in stock, like bell peppers and carrots and jalepeno juice or whatever else comes to mind.
