Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 1/2 lbshrimp, raw,deveined and shell removed
  2. 1 stickEckridge Sausage sliced (or whatever you prefer)
  3. 1/2 headonion, sliced
  4. 1tomato, sliced
  5. salt, onion powder, garlic powder and cayanne pepper or any kind of seasoning you like
  6. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin (or whatever kind of oil you use)

  1. 1

    Set stove to med-high. Cook sausage, I like it alittle burnt. No need for oil it makes its own. Once it is cooked to your desire.

  2. 2

    Lower heat and add all veggies and cover til softened, the tomato will keep sausage from burning.When done transfer to plate.

  3. 3

    Add olive oil to pan just enough to coat the pan. Again place heat on med-high. Place shrimp into pan and sprinkle seasonings to your desire. Shrimp is done when its is a light pinkish color or white, it takes about a min or two to cook don't forget to flip them over and repeat time of cooking.

  4. 4

    Combine with the sausage and enjoy! I usually add other veggies with my sausage but I only used what I had in stock, like bell peppers and carrots and jalepeno juice or whatever else comes to mind.
