Ingredients

  • Biscuit Crust
  • 1 1/2 cupCrushed butter crackers
  • 4 tbspSweet Cream Butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cupsugar (I use Splenda)
  • Filling
  • 2 cupCreamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 boxcream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 boxvanilla pudding (I use sugar-free)

Steps

    For Crust

    Preheat oven to 350°

  3. 3

    Mix melted butter and crushed cracker crumbs together until all crumbs are moist

  4. 4

    Press into 9 inch pie plate, covering all inside surfaces evenly

  5. 5

    Bake for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    For Filling

  7. 7

    With hand mixer, mix cream cheese until fluffy

  8. 8

    Add peanut butter and mix well

  9. 9

    Add milk and mix well

  10. 10

    Add pudding mix and mix well

  11. 11

    Pile into pie plate ( It will be very full)

  12. 12

    Refrigerate for about 1 hour
