For me, Tuna sandwiches/salad is all about the delicate crunch. Also good with a slice of Swiss cheese and using a homemade Ranch dressing instead of the mayo.

2 canWhite albacore tuna
1/2 cupOnion, finely chopped
1/2 cupCucumber, finely chopped
1 cupCelery, finely chopped
1 tbspSweet pickle relish
1 tbspLemon juice
1/2 tspDried parsley
1/2 tspDried dill
1/4 tspGarlic salt
1/4 tspGround black pepper
1/2 cupMiracle whip or mayo
12 sliceBread
2 ozPotato chips

Open and drain the cans of tuna.

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a fork taking care to break apart the tuna chunks.

Spread over your favorite toasted bread. I like something with a bit of crunch like 5- seed or oat nut bread.

Add a layer of chips.

Place another slice of bread on top, press down with your hand and cut in half.

Serve with more chips or fruit. Enjoy!
