Ingredients

20 mins
6 servings
  • Marinate
  • 12garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 1/2Limes Juice
  • 1/2 cupTequila
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 2 tspGarlic Salt
  • 1/2 tspGround Cayenne
  • dashGround Oregano
  • dashSea Salt
  • 2 lbFresh Medium Shrimp peeled
  • Tacos
  • 12Taco size tortillas
  • 2 cupfinely shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cupFinely diced red onion
  • 1 cupSharp Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 1 largeAvocado, thinly sliced
  • Cilantro Lime Jalepeno Drizzle
  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/2 cupChopped Cilantro
  • 5 cloveCrushed Garlic
  • 1 largeJalepeno, sliced

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Add all ingredients together except Shrimp.

  2. 2

    Microwave for one minute

  3. 3

    Set aside to cool while you peel and blot dry your Shrimp

  4. 4

    Put Shrimp in gallon size zip lock bag and add marinate

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for about 1 hour

  6. 6

    Put Shrimp on skewers or use barbecue veggie roasting pan.

  7. 7

    Cook on grill until shrimps are pink

  8. 8

    Place Cilantro, Jalapeños, and garlic in blender

  9. 9

    Pulse 4-5 times to mix

  10. 10

    Add Mayo to blender and blend well, about 1 minute

  11. 11

    Add small amount of cabbage in each tortilla,

  12. 12

    Sprinkle onion and cheese

  13. 13

    Lay 2 or 3 avocado slices on top

  14. 14

    Spread 4 shrimp on top

  15. 15

    Drizzle with Cilantro Lime Sauce

  16. 16

    Enjoy
