Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut potatoes, rinse until clear. Then, place them into clean ice water for about 30 minutes. This step is important as it will make your potatoes crispier on the outside and more moist on the inside.
- 2
Heat oven to 425°.
- 3
Drain and dry potatoes completely and add oil. Mix everything else listed including 2 packets of Lipton and prepare a lined and sprayed cookie sheet to place them on to. You shouldn't need to flip these during baking but you can.
- 4
Bake for 30 minutes in oven or until done and crispy. Or, bake in a T-Fal oven for the same time. Sprinkle spuds once more with onion powder when done and serve with chopped Green Onions and fresh Parsley as garnishes.

Garlic! "The Stinking Rose!" This recipe is named after Gilroy, California who's town motto is, "Garlic Capital of the Nation and World!" Though that claim is quite sadly, yet accurately, disputed. None the less! We say, "Let them eat garlic!"Chefs Note: It's important to use granulated garlic - as opposed to garlic powder - in this recipe for total success. MMOBRIEN -

Mike's 3 Way Ramen Fries Mike's 3 Way Ramen Fries
I'm all about using fresh herbs and vegetables but, unfortunately they won't work in this dish. Use only dried. Feel free to garnish with fresh herbs tho!Try a Ground Ginger and Powdered Wasabi version with a mayonnaise based Wasabi Aioli dip. Or, a Nachos Grande with melted cheese, fresh onions, tomatoes, sour cream, jalapeños with a hot salsa dip. Plain noodles with powdered Ranch Dressing and a Ranch Dip for dipping is also another great idea. Also, consider serving your fries with Claussens Dill Pickle Halves on the side. They really are the best tasting and crispiest pickles out there! MMOBRIEN -

Home fries Home fries
Whether you call these home fries or chunky hash browns, eat them for breakfast or as a side at dinner, the end result is delicious, fluffy potatoes that are pillowy soft in the middle and lightly crisp on the outside. This recipe is all about the method. Seasoning is whatever suits your taste. Robert Gonzal -

Baked MoJo's Fries Baked MoJo's Fries
In Cape Cod, there is this food place that sells the best fries. I look forward to eating them every year. Even if I do not get anything else there, I always get their friesDuring the year, I miss them, so I make them myself. I am not a big fried food fan, that is why I bake my version. You can probably fry them, but this recipe is for the oven. Maybe when I get an air fryer, I will update my recipe. 😀These are great from the oven.Enjoy! J.A.B.
