Palak corn gravy

Water ko boil kar palak ko warm water me blacnh karein.pir cold water se wash karein.

Ab wash palak ko grinder me add karein sath hi green chilli daal kar pyuri bana le.

Ghee ko garam kar hing or cumin seeds saute karein,ab chopped onion daalke saute karein.

Onion ka colour change hone per chopped tomato add karein sath hi sabhi masale add kar roast karein.

Oil chodne per palak ki pyuri add karein or 4-5 minute tak cook karein.
- 6
Ab boiled corn add karein,or low flame per 4-5 minute tak or cook karein.
- 7
Serve hot with roti/paratha/rice.
