1/4 tspsalt
1/2 stickunsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cupmashed bananas (about 4 ripe bananas)
2 largeeggs
1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt thoroughly

In a large mixing bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract together.

Slowly mix in the flour until combined, do NOT over mix.

Fill up 3/4 of the cupcake tray

Bake at 350°F for 25-30 mins. Turn off the heat, leave in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Let cool on a cooling rack. Store in a ziploc bag on the counter.
