Ingredients

  1. salad dressing:
  2. 1 tbspwhite vinegar
  3. 1 tbspfresh lemon or lime juice
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/4 tspsugar
  7. 1salt to taste
  8. 1 mediumcucumber
  9. 1/3 cupof each bell pepper(red,yellow,orange or green)
  10. 1 tbspchopped fresh chives
  11. 1 tbspchopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    wash and cut your veg salad as you like..put it in a bowl set aside.now start making your dressing in a small bowl combine all the ingridents for the dressing give a nice whisk and toss in your veg salad to coat.
