Ingredients

  1. 8 ozSoftened Cream Cheese
  2. 1 cloveMinced Garlic
  3. 2Green Onions diced
  4. 1/4 tspworcestershire sauce
  5. 1/2 cupShredded Crab Meat
  6. 1 packagesWonton Wrappers
  7. 1Egg
  8. 2 tspwater
  9. 1Oil for deep frying

    Mix softened cream cheese, garlic and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

  2. 2

    Stir in crab and green onions.

  3. 3

    Beat the egg and water together in small bowl.

  4. 4

    Place a Tablespoon of the crab mixture in center of wonton wrapper.

  5. 5

    Brush edges of wrapper with egg wash mixture. Fold over corners to form a triangle and press to seal.

  6. 6

    Deep fry in small batches in 375°F oil until golden brown.

  7. 7

    These fry up really quick. I always sprinkle with a pinch of salt as soon as they come out of fryer.

  8. 8

    Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces. Enjoy!!
