Deep frying oil
Tomato sauce
Salt

Peel the potatoes and cut to chips like pieces.

Wash well. Heat oil in a cooking pot or Karai.

Make sure the oil oil is heated to the maximum

Fry the chips till crunchy. Remove from heat and serve with tomato sauce and salt
