Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 1/2 packetmushrooms
  • 1large carrot
  • 1green capsicum
  • 1yellow capsicum
  • 1onion
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2large tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, oregano, basil and fresh basil leaves as per tas

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop all the vegetables in squares or chunks.

  2. 2

    Boil all the vegetables together in a pot for fifteen minutes. Add bay leaf, salt, pepper, oregano, basil and fresh basil leaves.

    Cover and cook it for 5 more minutes just before serving

  4. 4

    Serve as an appetiser or a side dish
