Fried chicken periperi with French fries

Boil chicken in a sufuria for 10 minutes

Drain water and let it cool

Marinate the chicken for five minutes with vinegar, salt and red pepper

Mix royco and wheat flour in a plate and dip the chicken in make sure all parts as the mixture

Whisk 2 eggs in a plate and dip the chicken in and make sure all the part as the egg

Heat olive oil in a pan till hot then dip in the chicken and let it cook till it turns golden brown

Serve while hot with French fries
