Steps

  1. 1

    Heat cooking oil in a sufuria till hot then add sliced meat and cover for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Add smashed garlic and onions and stir let it cook till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add royco and stir

  4. 4

    Add chopped fresh tomatoes and stir till ready

  5. 5

    Serve hot with ugali and greens
